A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 24-48 hours to get your order out the door. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

As a result of COVID-19 challenges, shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in package volume. This may result in delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.
Note: Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska cannot be delivered via express.
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to COVID-19 restrictions, invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Cancelation- We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, This can include but is not limited to:
Billing or shipping address update
Addition or removal of items
Change in color/size of items
Addition or removal of a discount code
Order cancellation request
Shipping method change
you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.
* Please submit a ticket within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representatives will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.
TGC BOUTIQUE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
