You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

 

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, In the original packaging and have original tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
• Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
• Promotional and sale items are non returnable!
• TGC Boutique reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
• In Cases Of Free Returns Not Eligible, TGC Boutique does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a refund.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• Returns\First exchange are FREE, With compliance with our return policy
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Not all countries have Free Return service, if your country is not covered, You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
