Butt lift leggings and contrast sports bra set

Butt lift leggings shape the seat with the cut of the back panel rather than with padding: a curved yoke and a centre seam let the fabric follow the body instead of flattening it. This set pairs them with a halter sports bra, and runs one white contrast band across both pieces, along the top edge of the bra and across the front of the leggings waistband. It is a two piece workout set that reads as one outfit.

The halter sports bra

One fixed strap over the shoulder on the asymmetric side and a tie at the back of the neck. No slider, no hook: the fit comes from choosing the right cup size. Lined, without removable cups. The white band under the bust is sewn in, not printed, so it does not crack or peel.

Crossover high waist leggings

The waistband crosses over at the front in a V, which sits flat against the stomach and does not roll. Full length, outside leg 90 cm on a size S. The knit is a double layer with four-way stretch, squat proof in black, navy, teal and red; caramel is the pale one to check against your hand in daylight before a class.

What size should I order in a leggings and sports bra set?

Order by the bra, using your cup size. S fits 32A to 32C and 30D, M fits 34A to 34C and 32D, L fits 36A to 36C and 34D, XL fits 38A to 38C and 36D. The leggings are cut from a stretchier knit with a waistband that goes from 65 to 82 cm across the four sizes, so they follow whichever bra size you land on. Between two cup sizes, take the larger.

Are these butt lift leggings squat proof?

In the dark colours, yes. The knit is a double layer with four-way stretch, and black, navy, teal and red stay fully opaque under a full squat. Caramel is the one to hold against your hand in daylight before you rely on it. The centre back seam sits along the body rather than pulling flat across it, which is where cheaper leggings usually go sheer first.

Is the halter sports bra adjustable?

No. It has one fixed strap over the shoulder on the asymmetric side and a tie at the nape, with no slider and no hook closure, so the fit comes from cup size rather than from adjustment. How long are the leggings?

Full length. The outside leg runs 90 cm on a size S to 93 cm on an XL, measured from the top of the waistband to the hem. On someone around 165 cm that finishes at the ankle; above about 175 cm expect it to sit a little higher. The crossover waistband adds no height at the front, so the rise is the same on both sides.

How do you wash a set with white contrast trim?

Cold, 30 degrees or below, and never with bleach: bleach is what turns a white trim yellow against dark panels. Wash the set with similar colours the first few times so the teal, red and navy do not bleed onto the white. Hang to dry. The tumble dryer takes the recovery out of a stretch knit, and butt lift leggings with no recovery stop lifting.
