Frequently Asked Questions

Are these high waisted leggings squat proof?
The knit is a double layer with four way stretch, and the dark colours, black, navy and dark coffee, stay fully opaque under stretch. Sky blue and caramel brown are the two to hold against your hand in daylight first. The centre back seam is what holds the shape through the seat.
How long are the leggings?
Outside leg runs 85 cm on a size S to 88 cm on an XL, measured from the waistband to the hem. On someone around 165 cm that is a full length legging that sits at the ankle. Above about 175 cm expect it to sit slightly above the ankle.
Will the waistband roll down?
The waistband is wide and sits above the navel, which is what stops rolling on a high waist legging. Rolling happens when the band is too small for the waist rather than too large, so if you are between sizes go up rather than down.
What size should I order?
Go by the leggings, because they are the tighter fit. The waist measures 52 cm on a size S and 64 cm on an XL, hip 68 cm to 80 cm, measured flat before stretch. The chart also maps height and weight: S suits around 155 to 165 cm and 40 to 55 kg, XL up to 180 cm and 90 kg.
Do the leggings have pockets?
No. The waistband is a plain wide band with no side or back pocket and no drawstring. If you need a pocket, our wide leg yoga pants have them at the side seam.
Does the sports bra have removable padding?
The photographs show a plain lined bra with no visible pad pocket. This set is listed without removable cups. If you want a bra with pads that lift out, our bandeau bra has them.
What is the difference between this and your biker shorts set?
Leg length, and nothing else. Both use the same bra and the same bottom block, with an identical waist and hip on every size. This one is a full length legging at 85 to 88 cm. The shorts version finishes mid thigh at 38.5 to 41.5 cm.
Can I put these in the tumble dryer?
No. Hand wash in cool water and hang to dry. Do not iron and do not bleach. Heat destroys the recovery in a stretch knit, and leggings without recovery go baggy at the knee and seat within a few wears.
