Tank top with built in bra
A tank top with a built in bra has a shelf bra sewn into the lining, so the support is part of the garment and there is no separate bra to wear underneath. This one has two removable foam pads in the shelf, a wide square neckline across the front and a back that drops into a U. Fine rib that holds its shape, fixed straps, and a hem long enough to tuck into a high waist or leave out.
The shelf bra, and the pads
The shelf is a second layer of the same rib, finished with a band at the underbust. Two foam pads sit in it and slide out through an opening in the lining. Leave them in for shape and coverage; take them out for a flatter, more natural line. There are no wires and no hooks. Support comes from the underbust band and the compression of the rib, which is why it works for everyday wear, walking, yoga and pilates rather than running.
Square neck, U back
The neckline sits wide and level, straight across the collarbone rather than dipping, so it does not gape when you lean forward. The back drops lower into a U. Under an open shirt or a blazer the square edge reads as deliberate where a scoop reads as underwear.
Ribbed, and how it fits
A fine rib with real recovery, close through the bust and waist, with a slight gather at the side seam that falls at the natural waist. It is a fitted tank, not a relaxed one.
Sizing: go by cup, not by bust
The rib stretches well past its flat measurement, so a bust figure in centimetres will mislead you. Use your cup size.

Laid flat, the bust runs from 72 cm on a size S to 84 cm on an XL, the hem from 70 cm to 82 cm, and the body length from 45 cm to 48 cm. Those are the figures published for the two ends of the run; M and L sit between them.

Machine wash cold, 30 degrees or below. No bleach, cool iron only, and take the pads out before washing so they do not fold.

The quality is great, it fits perfectly and is very comfortable.
The photo does not match reality. The photo shows a brown item, but a gray one was delivered! Also, size M turned out to be too big for me. I have a third-size chest. 88/65. There was also some kind of stain.
The fabric is nice! The quality of the T-shirt is good, but the size in the description doesn't quite match. I ordered size M, and it's a bit tight where the elastic band is under the chest. I'll try to reorder in size L.
You can really see the cap, but without the cap it's less transparent, which is great for those who don't like their nipples being visible. Specifically, this color is transparent. Other than that, the tank top is amazing, comfortable, and nice. I'm between sizes S-M and I took M, and it's still tight but nothing is squeezing. It holds well. I've attached close-up photos with one cap and the other without.

Waist 68, chest 80. This is the first time I've seen such thin fabric in sportswear. (In the second photo, I show how small the folds are. The cups are slightly see-through; on dark fabric it's not very noticeable, but on light fabric it will be quite visible. In short, if your budget allows, look for something more expensive and thicker.)
I checked with the size. I should have taken size M; the cups are removable, but they show through the fabric, which is not nice. The fabric gathers a lot at the back of the s. There was a similar brown one from a different seller, the fabric there was better.
This T-shirt is made of 76% nylon and 24% elastane.
